The Citation CJ3 market has remained steady over the last six months, with no large surges of listings or sales. July ended with 17 Citation CJ3s available for sale (4.2% of the 409 aircraft fleet), and 19 aircraft sold over the last 6 months. The average asking price has also remained largely unchanged over the last few months, with our most recent figures showing $5,420,600 as an average asking price. The average sold price, however, has been declining over the last few months, with an average sales price of $5,503,846; still a great value for the Citation CJ3.
The average days on market for Citation CJ3s listed for sale has slowly been increasing month to month, currently at 149 days, while the average days on market for aircraft that have sold has remained consistent, with our July figures showing 108 days.
