Our July 2023 update on what’s happening in the Citation M2 preowned sales market;
The Citation M2 fleet size stayed the same from May to June, steadying at 342 total aircraft including the new Citation M2 Gen 2 model. There are 25 M2s currently for sale, translating to 7.3% of the fleet for sale which is down slightly compared to the prior two months (7.6% in May, and 8% in April).
The average days on market for available units rose slightly, from 86 to 92 since May, while the average days on market for sold units dropped from 107 to 85 since May. While the Citation M2 for sale market appears slightly saturated, sales are still occurring, with between 3 and 6 sales per month recorded since January.
