So far this year, Citation Mustang listings and sales peaked in May and have been trending down since then. There were 39 Mustangs available for sale in May and thanks to high sales activity, there are currently 27 available for sale (5.7% of the total 473 Mustangs). The high activity shows that this is still one of the most popular very light jets ever produced. Average asking price is $2,081,250 and the average sold price over the last 6 months is $2,012,500. Some of the newer to market Citation Mustangs have been selling first, keeping the average days on market for the sold aircraft to be 119 days, while there are some aging units still available for sale keeping the average days on market currently at 207 days.
