Being one of the quieter markets we follow, the Citation Sovereign+ has enjoyed some renewed activity the last two months. There were 2 sales in June and 2 again in July, with the only other sale this year occurring in March.
There has been a steady increase in Citation Sovereign+s entering the market since January, peaking at 9 in June. With 4 sales in June and July combined, there are currently 5 for sale, or 5.1% of the total fleet of 98 aircraft. The current average asking price is $14,173,750 and the average sold price for the last 6 months is $12,100,001. On average, we saw 1 Citation Sovereign+ enter the market each month over the last 6 months.
