Our June 2023 update on what’s happening in the Citation Sovereign+ preowned sales market;
The Sovereign+ market has experienced a shift over the last 6 months. In January 2023, 4% of the fleet was available for sale. We are now seeing 8.2% of the fleet available for sale. For a fleet of 98 aircraft, it’s not a significant shift, but enough of a change to take notice.
While more aircraft have come to market, there have been no sales since March. The Sovereign+ has typically been very popular among its owners, with scarcity of aircraft for sale being the norm. If you have been interested in sizing up into a midsize or super mid cabin, now is a great time to consider the Sovereign+ as there are currently some great options on the market.
Like any other market, finding quality aircraft is key. Consult with a Citation expert to unlock access to aircraft you may not even know are available. There are great deals to be uncovered in the current market environment, although not easy to find.
