Although The Jet Agent endeavors to provide accurate and useful information, aircraft information is subject to verification, inspection, records review, and change without notice.
Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, information presented on this website does not constitute a representation or warranty regarding any aircraft’s condition, airworthiness, specifications, title, maintenance status, regulatory compliance, value, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Prospective purchasers should conduct appropriate independent due diligence before acquiring an aircraft.

Nothing contained on this website modifies the terms of an aircraft purchase agreement, listing agreement, acquisition agreement, brokerage agreement, consulting agreement, or other transaction document.
4. No Legal, Tax, Financial, Maintenance, or Regulatory Advice
