Gulfstream G600 Market Update August 2026

August 2026 Gulfstream G600 Market Report - The Jet Agent

The Gulfstream G600 market remains extremely limited in both available inventory and transaction volume, although supply has begun to increase. With only four aircraft currently available and five retail sales recorded during the past six months, relatively small changes in listings or transactions can noticeably shift the market. The recent increase in inventory is worth watching, particularly as current listings have spent considerably longer on the market than recently sold aircraft.

Fleet Size and Availability

There are currently 4 Gulfstream G600s available for sale, representing just 1.9% of the fleet.

For-sale inventory remained at only two aircraft from February through May before increasing to three in June and four in July. While inventory has doubled from earlier this year, the percentage of the fleet available remains exceptionally low.

For buyers, this continues to mean a limited selection, particularly when considering differences in year, total time, configuration, condition, and other specifications.

Market Listings

Current asking prices range from $45.0 million to $54.0 million. The six-month retail sales data shows a $51.9 million sold price, reflecting the limited amount of reported pricing data available during the period.

One notable metric is days on market. Current listings average 194 days on market, compared with just 112 days for aircraft sold during the past six months.

That 82-day difference suggests the aircraft that have successfully traded were generally absorbed considerably faster than the G600s currently available.

Sales Activity

There have been 5 retail sales during the past six months, including 4 off-market transactions, representing 2.4% of the fleet.

Sales activity has been sporadic, with one transaction each in February, March, and April, followed by no sales in May. June was the strongest month with two transactions, while July recorded no sales.

The high proportion of off-market transactions is particularly noteworthy, with four of the five six-month sales occurring outside the publicly advertised market.

Key Takeaways

• 4 aircraft are currently available, representing 1.9% of the fleet.
• Inventory has increased from 2 aircraft in May to 4 in July.
• 5 aircraft sold during the past six months, 4 of which were off-market.
• Current asking prices range from $45.0 million to $54.0 million.
• Current listings average 194 DOM, compared with 112 days for recently sold aircraft.
• No retail transaction was recorded in July.

Key Insight

The G600 remains a thin and highly individual-aircraft-driven market. Supply is still very low, but the recent doubling of inventory combined with the 194-day average for current listings suggests that scarcity alone is not enough to guarantee a quick transaction. Buyers at this price point can afford to be selective, and the large share of off-market sales also shows that publicly advertised inventory tells only part of the story. For sellers, accurate positioning remains important even with limited competition, while buyers may benefit from looking beyond publicly listed aircraft to understand the full range of opportunities available.
