Asking prices currently range from $2,050,000 to $2,750,000, providing buyers with quality options in this highly sought-after market.
Sales Activity: Two CJ1+ jets sold in November, up from one sale in October. Over the past six months, 10 CJ1+ aircraft have changed ownership, with two of those transactions occurring off-market. Publicly advertised CJ1+s spent an average of 238 days on the market before selling, reflecting an improvement over last month’s average of 258 days. Sale prices for CJ1+s over the last six months range between $2,350,000 and $2,800,000.
