Fleet Size & Availability: The CJ1+ fleet consists of 100 aircraft, with nine currently for sale (9% of the fleet). This is up slightly from last month, when eight were listed (8% of the fleet).
Market Listings: The nine CJ1+ aircraft for sale today have been on the market for an average of 136 days, up slightly from last month’s 131 days. Asking prices for available CJ1+ aircraft range from $2,050,000 to $2,750,000.
Sales Activity: Sales activity has remained consistent, with two CJ1+s sold in December—continuing a six-month trend of steady transactions. Over the past six months, 11 CJ1+ aircraft changed hands, with three of those sales occurring off-market. Publicly listed CJ1+s averaged 238 days on the market before selling, unchanged from last month. Sale prices during this period ranged from $2,350,000 to $2,700,000.
