The Jet Agent is pleased to provide the following CJ2 market update for December 2025.
The CJ2 market has experienced a rising sales trend since September 2024. Each month since then has seen an increase in transactions, despite a slower pace of new listings.
Market Overview:
Fleet Size & Availability:
There are 235 Citation CJ2s in operation, with 24 currently for sale (10.2% of the fleet). This is down from 27 listings last month, representing 11.5% of the fleet.
Market Listings:
The 24 CJ2s currently for sale have been on the market for an average of 194 days, virtually unchanged from last month’s 195 days. Asking prices for CJ2s today range from $2,495,000 to $3,750,000.
Sales Activity:
December saw five CJ2s sold, up from four in November, three in October, and two in September. Over the past six months, 19 CJ2s changed ownership, with two of those being off-market sales. Publicly listed CJ2s averaged 148 days on the market before selling, a slight increase from last month’s 133 days. Sale prices over the last six months ranged from $2,400,000 to $3,650,000.
