Citation Encore Market Update:
The Jet Agent is pleased to provide the following Encore market update for November 2024.
While the Citation Encore market is not known for high levels of activity, it is still very active. With a small total fleet size, there are just less aircraft coming and going in the “For Sale” market, so we rarely see big spikes in activity. However, over the last six months, there has been at least 1 Citation Encore sold each month.
Here’s the latest on the popular Citation Encore:
- Availability: There are currently 159 Citation Encores in operation. Of these, eight are for sale, representing 5% of the fleet. This is a decrease from the previous month when 11 were for sale, or 6.9% of the fleet.
- Listings: The eight Encores for sale have been listed for an average of 119 days, down from 155 days in the previous month. October brought no new listings, but the three listings introduced in September had below-average days on market, lowering the average. If you’re considering an Encore purchase before year’s end, expect prices between $2,500,000 and $4,595,000.
- Sales: Two Citation Encores sold in October, up from one in September. Over the last six months, 10 Encores have changed hands, including four off-market sales. Publicly listed Encores spent an average of 117 days on the market before selling, down from 120 days last month. Recent Encore sales prices range from $2,900,000 to around $4,700,000.
