Citation Longitude Market Update August 2026

August 2026 Citation Longitude Market Report - The Jet Agent

The Citation Longitude market remains exceptionally thin heading into August. Available inventory continues to represent only a small portion of the fleet, but unlike several other Citation markets, limited supply has not translated into measurable retail transaction activity. No Longitude retail sales have been recorded during the past six months, making traditional market indicators such as recent transaction pricing and sold days on market unavailable.

Fleet Size and Availability

There are currently 2 Citation Longitudes available for sale, representing just 1.2% of the fleet.

Inventory remained at only one aircraft from February through May before increasing to three in June. Availability declined back to two aircraft in July, which is also consistent with the current market count.

At 1.2% of the fleet, supply remains extremely limited. However, the absence of retail transactions over the six-month reporting period makes it difficult to interpret low inventory as evidence of particularly strong buyer demand. In this case, the Longitude market is better characterized as thinly traded rather than simply supply constrained.

Market Listings

The two currently available aircraft produce an asking-price range of $17.995 million to $28.995 million.

That $11 million spread is substantial, particularly with only two aircraft currently available. With such a small sample, individual aircraft characteristics can dramatically influence the apparent market range, making model year, total time, maintenance status, condition, and overall specification especially important when evaluating either aircraft.

Current inventory averages just 50 days on market, indicating that today’s available aircraft are relatively recent additions to the market.

Sales Activity

There have been no recorded retail sales during the past six months, resulting in a 0.0% fleet-sold figure.

No transactions were recorded in February, March, April, May, June, or July. As a result, there is currently no six-month sold-price range or average sold DOM available for comparison.

For buyers and sellers, this lack of transaction data means individual aircraft analysis becomes particularly important. Current asking prices alone provide limited guidance without recent completed transactions to establish where buyers and sellers are actually meeting.

What This Means For You

There is no recent transaction data to work from, and that cuts both ways. If you are a seller, your asking price is an opinion right now, not a market position. There are no recent comparable sales to anchor a buyer’s expectations or validate your number. Aircraft-specific valuation from someone who knows this segment is not optional here, it is the only defensible starting point. If you can afford to wait for the market to establish a clearer reference point, that patience may be worth something. If you are a buyer, the absence of transaction data actually creates negotiating leverage. With no recent sold pricing to anchor either side, a well-researched offer grounded in aircraft-specific analysis carries more weight than it would in a market with active comparables.
