Listing activity in the Citation M2 preowned market has been on the rise in the last 6 months. The increase in preowned inventory available has resulted in 27 transactions since October. The last few months of 2022 saw 12 off-market transactions, and since the start of 2023, off-market transactions dropped by 50% with sellers electing to use formal representation to enhance their selling experience rather than word of mouth.

With the introduction of the Citation M2 Gen2 model in 2022, we have already seen 9 preowned M2 Gen2 transactions since October of 2022 and expect continued high interest in the Gen2 variant due to the enhanced Garmin technology (version 4.8 hardware improvements) and additional cabin features.Â
