On the sales side, August mirrored July with 5 Mustang transactions. In total, 44 Mustangs have changed hands over the last six months, with 14 of those being off-market sales, meaning they were not publicly listed. The average DOM for sold Mustangs increased slightly from 135 to 141 days. Sale prices over this period have ranged from $545,000 to $2,670,000.
