Embraer Phenom 300 Market Update October 2026

October 2026 Phenom 300 Market Report - The Jet Agent

The Phenom 300 market enters October with exceptionally limited inventory and a healthy level of sales activity over the past six months. Just seven aircraft are currently available for sale, representing 1.4% of the fleet, while 18 aircraft have sold during the same reporting period. Inventory has declined considerably since April, giving buyers fewer options and potentially strengthening the position of sellers with desirable aircraft. However, September brought a noticeable slowdown in completed transactions, with just one aircraft sold following stronger activity throughout the summer. Current asking prices range from $8.495 million to $10.9 million, while completed transactions have ranged from $6.3 million to $9.8 million. Despite the favorable supply-and-demand relationship, the extended marketing periods for currently listed aircraft suggest that pricing and individual aircraft characteristics remain important considerations.

Fleet Size and Availability

The Phenom 300 market currently has seven aircraft available for sale, representing approximately 1.4% of the fleet.

Inventory began the reporting period with 13 aircraft available in April and remained unchanged in May. Availability then declined to nine aircraft in June, six in July, and reached a six-month low of five in August before increasing slightly to seven in September.

This represents a reduction of approximately 46% in available inventory since April, highlighting a significant tightening of supply throughout the reporting period.

For buyers, the limited selection presents challenges, particularly for those seeking specific production years, configurations, or equipment. With relatively few aircraft available, finding an aircraft that meets all desired criteria may require patience or flexibility.

For sellers, the current inventory environment is encouraging. Limited competition can provide well-positioned aircraft with greater visibility, although asking prices must still reflect current market conditions and individual aircraft characteristics.

Market Listings

Current asking prices range from $8.495 million to $10.9 million, while completed transactions over the past six months have ranged from $6.3 million to $9.8 million.

The difference between asking and sold price ranges reflects the variety of aircraft represented in each group, including differences in production year, total time, maintenance coverage, equipment, and overall condition. These ranges should not be interpreted as a direct measure of negotiated discounts.

One of the more notable statistics is the difference in marketing periods. Active listings currently average 334 days on market, compared with 208 days for completed transactions.

This 126-day difference suggests that the aircraft remaining available have generally experienced longer marketing periods than those successfully sold.

Despite limited inventory, buyers continue to evaluate aircraft carefully, and an extended marketing period may indicate that certain listings have struggled to align with buyer expectations.

For sellers, this reinforces the importance of establishing a realistic asking price from the beginning. Limited competition can be beneficial, but it does not eliminate the need for competitive positioning.

Sales Activity

Over the past six months, 18 Phenom 300 aircraft have sold, including seven off-market transactions, representing approximately 3.6% of the fleet.

Monthly sales included two transactions in April, one in May, five in June, six in July, three in August, and one in September.

June and July represented the strongest months of the reporting period, accounting for 11 of the 18 completed transactions. July was particularly active, with six aircraft sold.

However, sales activity moderated during August before declining to just one transaction in September. This represents a meaningful slowdown following the stronger summer months, although it remains too early to determine whether the decline reflects a broader shift in demand.

The seven off-market transactions are particularly noteworthy, representing approximately 39% of all sales during the reporting period. This highlights the importance of relationships within the brokerage community and access to aircraft that may never be publicly advertised.

With 18 aircraft sold compared with just seven currently available, transaction volume has significantly exceeded current inventory, suggesting continued buyer interest despite the recent slowdown.

What This Means For You

The Phenom 300 market remains one of the tighter markets in this update. Seven aircraft are publicly available (1.4% of the fleet), down 46% since April. Eighteen aircraft sold over the past six months, including seven off-market transactions representing 39% of all sales. September slowed to one transaction following a very active June and July.

For sellers: Limited inventory is a real advantage, but the 334-day average marketing period for currently listed aircraft signals that even in a tight market, buyers are selective. The aircraft that sold moved in an average of 208 days, which means there is a meaningful gap between what is sitting and what is selling. Pricing accuracy and aircraft presentation are what close that gap.

For buyers: With only seven aircraft publicly available, your options are limited. If you have specific requirements around production year, equipment, or maintenance status, you may need to be flexible or patient. Notably, 39% of transactions in this segment occurred off-market, meaning nearly four out of ten aircraft that changed hands never appeared in a public search. If you are serious about acquiring a Phenom 300, working with a broker who has direct relationships in this market is not optional, it is the difference between finding the right aircraft and missing it entirely.
