354 Citation Excel aircraft are currently in operation. Of these, 19 are available for sale, representing 5.4% of the fleet. Since April 2024, we’ve observed a consistent increase in listing activity month over month, with sales trends following closely behind.
Focusing first on the 19 Citation Excels on the market, they have been listed for an average of 134 days. There’s a broad selection of Excels available, with asking prices ranging from $1,995,000 to $4,500,000, reflecting the diverse options buyers have today.
On the sales front, July saw the highest number of transactions this year, with 4 Citation Excels sold. Over the past six months, 11 Excels have been sold, with 3 of these transactions occurring off-market. The 8 Citation Excels that were sold on-market spent an average of 117 days on the market before trading. Sale prices over the last six months have varied from $2,850,000 to $5,100,000.
