This marks a slight increase from November with 25 aircraft listings (10.6%). The peak listing activity in the last six months was recorded in June 2024, with 30 CJ2 jets available (12.8% of the fleet).
Market Listings: The 27 CJ2s on the market have been listed for an average of 195 days, reflecting a slight increase from November’s average of 185 days. Asking prices for available CJ2s currently range between $2,495,000 and $3,750,000, offering options for buyers with varied upgrade needs and budget expectations.
Sales Activity: The CJ2 market recorded four sales in November, continuing the upward trend from three sales in October and two sales in both September and August. Over the past six months, 16 CJ2s have changed ownership, with 14 being publicly advertised and only two sales occurring off-market. Publicly listed CJ2s spent an average of 133 days on the market before selling, a slight improvement from last month’s average of 144 days. Sale prices over the past six months have ranged from $2,500,000 to $3,650,000.
